Saw these in Target and had to have them!  I purchased them at one location for $24.99 then saw them the next day for $17.88 at another location and yes, I did return them and repurchased them for the lower price!

You can purchase them on-line on Target's webpage here.  Although it says that the shoe is not in stores, I did purchase mine there and they are also available in tan.
